Privacy Policy — Combo Master Arena

Combo Master Arena ("the app," "we," "us") is operated by Hayes Martial Arts, Inc. dba MAX3 Martial Arts. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We keep it simple because the app does too.

The short version: We don't run ads, we don't track you across other apps or websites, and we don't sell your data. We only collect what's needed to run the game.

What we collect

• Anonymous play account. When you play online (Challenge or Live Match), we create an anonymous account on our backend so your games and whose-turn-it-is can work. It is not tied to your name, email, or any login.
• Display name. If you enter a name for online play, it's shown to your opponents.
• Notification token. If you allow notifications, we store a device push token so we can send you "it's your turn" alerts. Turn it off anytime in iOS Settings → Notifications.
• Purchases. Premium cards are sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. Apple processes payment — we never receive your card or payment details.
• School form (optional). If you submit the "register/refer your school" form, we collect what you enter (such as school name, your name, and email) so we can follow up about a school partnership. This is only collected if you choose to submit it.

How we use it

To run online matches and turns, send turn notifications you've opted into, process in-app purchases (via Apple), and respond to school-partnership inquiries. That's it.

Who we share it with

We use a few service providers strictly to operate the app:

• Supabase — our database, anonymous accounts, and real-time match/notification backend.
• Apple — in-app purchases and push-notification delivery (APNs).
• Resend — sends us an email when someone submits the school form.

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Children's privacy

The app is family-friendly and does not require an account, real name, or email to play. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The school form is intended for adults (school owners/instructors). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Your choices

• Disable notifications anytime in iOS Settings.
• Request deletion of any information associated with you by emailing us (see below).

Security & retention

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the app and our school-partnership follow-up, and we use reasonable measures to protect it.

Changes

We may update this policy; we'll revise the date above when we do.
