Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Combo Master card game! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

• You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (include your order number) is required to process the return.

Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Return Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at [your email/contact info].

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards and downloadable products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
