- In cases of high order volumes or delays, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): Delivery within 5-10 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the order.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-5 business days. Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and typically take 10-20 business days. International shipping rates are also calculated at checkout.
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.
3. Shipping Carriers
We use reputable shipping carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, for both domestic and international orders. You will have the option to select your preferred shipping method at checkout.
4. International Shipping
- International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, package size, and weight.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Any customs or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Combo Master is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.
6. Damages
We take great care in packaging your items, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@combomastercardgame.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
7. Missing or Lost Orders
If your tracking information indicates that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@combomastercardgame.com. We will help resolve the issue by contacting the shipping carrier.
